French Doors

French doors are "traditional" exterior doors and became popular in France during the 17th century, particularly during the Renaissance period. They are characterised by large glass panel that allow for ample light giving a sense a sense of spaciousness.

French doors offer a feature to any room, two hinged doors that open in the middle, typically allowing a wider opening that open outwards like a pair of windows. 

French doors are commonly used to access patios, gardens, or balconies, creating a beautiful seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces they also look great on outside offices /bars /dens etc.

Why fit French doors

• Two separate doors that are hinged on either side of the frame and swing open in the middle

• Large glass panes that extend from top to bottom, often with smaller frames around them
